1.    Visitatori del sito e clienti

Non vi è alcun obbligo di fornire dati personali. Tuttavia, se visitatori e/o clienti desiderano contattarmi tramite email o tramite il modulo di richiesta online su questo sito, sarà necessario fornire alcuni dati personali per stabilire una comunicazione. La base guiridica per questa raccolta dati è l'esecuzione dei servizi richiesti o l'adozione delle misure necessari per soddisfare la richiesta, nonchè l'adempimento dei requisiti di legge ove necessario.

Secondo la  legge del Regno Unito, sono tenuta a conservare dati personali per uni minimo di 5 anni.

5.   Archiviazione/salvataggio dati

I dati personali  sono salvati e archiviati sui dispositivi rilevanti (portatile, tablet, natel/cellulare). I dispositivi sono protetti da password software antivirus e aggiornati regolarmente.

I also use Google Analytics to collect information on how many people visit my website, and the data I have access to does not contain any personal information which could identify you.

My website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to my website – if you click on a link to another website, please familiarise yourself with their privacy policies.

In the event of a security breach of personal data, due to theft or unlawful access for instance, I will notify you and ICO as soon as possible or within 72 hours, providing all necessary information.

Right to access – you have the right to request copies of your personal data.

Right to rectification – you have the right to request that I correct any information you believe is inaccurate.

Right to erasure – you have the right to request that I erase your personal data, if this does not conflict with the completion of the assignment, payment procedures, and legal requirements.

Rights to restrict or object to processing – you have the right to request that I restrict or avoid the processing of your personal data, if this does not conflict with the completion of the assignment, payment procedures, and legal requirement.

Right to data portability – you have the right to request that I transfer the collected data to another organisation or directly to you, if this does not conflict with the completion of the assignment, payment procedures, and legal requirement.

Any request will be complied with within 30 days.
